COURSE ACCREDITATIONS:

  This service is available to our Partner Members that are seeking professional review of their Continuous Improvement training material and programs.  By obtaining the status of Approved UQMI Course provider, organizations may continue to use their proprietary course material with the assurance those courses are in-line with industry best practices and UQMI Standards.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

  Partner Members that have opted to have their courses reviewed for Course Accreditation are now eligible to issue a Professional Certification by following the UQMI Standard of Certification.  The UQMI offers certifications on a tier-based, three level advancement program in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Project Management.  In addition, several elective certifications are available.  The three-tier approach is based upon a progressive skill level and is inclusive of blended use of People, Process and Performance skill attributes for a balanced use of those skills necessary to promote a well-rounded continuous improvement culture.

REGISTERED QUALITY PROFESSIONAL:

  The Registered Quality Professional (RQP) is standard obtained when individuals have demonstrated the ability to strive for Continuous Improvement in their Professional career, applied this knowledge in every day practice and mentored others in the Continuous Improvement disciplines.

HOW TO START:

1. Enroll as an Individual Member  -  (Contact us for Institutional or Affiliate Membership)
   
2. Form your own UQMI Chapter or Study Group  -  (Optional)
   
3. Select you desired Certification (see the list below)
   
4. Determine if you need to prepare for your Certification or just need study help
   
   • If so, you may select your own instructor or self study
     
   • If you are a educator or consultant, we can help guide you through the UQMI Certification Process for yourself and/or your students
     
5. Take your exam
   
6. Complete your project
   
7. Your Done!
